Randall Lolley the first gift to help the Seminary get started on its program of campus improvements. The Seminary's recently adopted Master Campus Plan calls for an extensive "re-cycling" of the 145-year old campus, formerly the home of Wake Forest College. The 15-year plan projects a cost of more than $28,000,000, including renovation and reallocation of existing buildings, expansion of student housing, and modification of the campus heating/air conditioning system, parking, and lighting.";
