Please submit an Archives Instruction Session Request Form to setup a time for our staff to teach your students about archival research.
Donation, Loan, and Transfer Forms
One of the following forms is required when transferring materials into SEBTS possession temporarily or permanently.
Form to permanently donate materials that have been professionally appraised.
Form to permanently donate materials that have not been appraised.
Forms to transfer SEBTS institutional records of permanent, historical value.
Digitization Forms
The following forms are required for partners working with the SEBTS Digitization Lab to have materials digitized and made accessible online.
Form to temporarily transfer materials into SEBTS custodianship for the purpose of Digitization
Form to allow the owner of digitized materials to retain all copyrights and grants SEBTS permission to create and distribute digital copies.
