Niswonger’s message is on the need for a new methodology in the Church. Niswonger begins with an introduction (3:31-6:10). He continues by stating that some of the Church's methods need to be replaced with a new methodology (6:11-9:30). In addition, he states that the new methodology should be built upon the foundations provided in the Bible (9:31-11:45). He concludes by stating that the old methodology must be used until the new method is prepared (11:46-15:10). The service closes in prayer (15:11-15:47).
