- CDI-01-1849: Manor Guest house, July 1960; "Housing Shortage For Single Women Temporarily Relieved - Shown here is a house recently purchased by the Seminary to relieve a serious housing shortage for single women. This beautiful Colonial type structure, formerly owned by Miss Joe Williams, will provide rooms for approximately eighteen additional young women.
