This circular letter was created from the Northamptonshire Association during their gathering on June 15 and 16, 1802 to address the topic of baptism. The text was composed by Andrew Fuller and printed by Manning and Loring in Boston, Massachusetts in 1804.
First Baptist Church (Charleston, S. C.) Membership Book

This book contains the early 19th century membership roll of First Baptist Church (Charleston, SC). The church was originally constituted in Kittery, Maine in 1682. In 1696 the church moved to Charleston, SC becoming one of the earliest Baptist churches in the American South. This membership book was produced under the leadership of Basil Manly who served as pastor of First Baptist from 1826-1837.
File "FBCC_MB_001_A" contains a front to back scan of the book. File "FBCC_MB_001_B" contains a back to front scan and rotation of the book for readability. Original book returned to First Baptist Church (Charleston, SC) after digitization by archives staff in 2019.
