- W. Ches Smith was Pastor of First Baptist Church in Tifton, GA. The service begins with a scripture reading and prayer (0:00-2:42). After which, Pastor Smith is introduced (2:43-4:10). The second characteristic is a man who is in touch (16:49-20:29). The third characteristic is a man who demonstrates (20:30-24:30).
