President Stealey begins by informing the congregation of the fulfilled payment for the loan taken out for the seminary in 1951 (13:56-20:29). He then transitions into reading a criticism about the seminary (20:30-23:35) followed by a statement on the position of the seminary regarding it (23:36-26:45). He closes with a few summarizing thoughts and exhortations (26:46-28:36), followed by prayer (28:37-29:11).
